There is also an option to ride the first half of the route approx 150km.

We have teamed up with The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity - using a similar route to the * Pedals4Patients event - to offer cyclists the chance to ride the Tour de Kernow route in one day!

Precise route will be confirmed soon - start and finish will be Penzance.

Starting from Penzance at 5.00am please make sure you have lights!

187 miles / 300 km with at least 12,775 feet of climbing

Based on Audax pacing we would expect riders to complete the ride within 20 hours.

We are planning to have live gps tracking for the riders
