Meet at the car park at Layby at the start of the S6 Ladock 10 mile course

Plan is to do approx 20 miles, on road bikes, team time trial style training.

Afterwards we will meet at Starbucks at Fraddom for meeting to discuss PZW TT events and how we can support these throughout the season.
